Yeah, There's a 0% chance of those all being on because of actual problems with all the systems.

I heard all modern VWs come with a mulimeter, a set of prayer beads, and a single cyanide tablet in the toolset.

Yeah I'm sure its just the ecu/electrical problems. A few of the replies to the actual guy's post are along the lines of " mine did something similar to that, either abs or ecu"

Wut? My 2011 JSW TDI has never had ANY problems aside from when I tried to take off the DPF and disconnected the Cat... and the battery :/

After about 10 minutes of running after reassembly all the lights went back off and everything was back to normal!

Also, 84k miles and rising and no problems yet (aside from the hatch latch giving up the ghost at 40k miles, simple $200 fix by a shop).

I think I am one of the few people who does not care for recessed gauges in my instrument cluster. My work truck has it as well.

I still love VW though, and yeah it may just be an ECU or ABS problem.

It likes to shout for attention.

Same here. I just don't understand how their reliability is still so terrible after so many years.

You are the 1%.

Also that was hilarious after you hooked up your battery again and your car promptly shat itself.

I don't get it either. Why must they make systems with so small tolerances.

After nearly two years all my Skoda has wanted is a brake light bulb. So I'm pretty happy with VW.

Still though, it wasn't very many. I was out driving, and a light came on saying "Charging Failure Service Urgent." I was only 2 miles home so I just kept driving. As soon as I pulled into my neighborhood, the power steering quit along with the brakes. Then I put it in park, but it wouldn't go out of drive, then the electronic parking brake got jammed halfway applied. Pretty scary that one little $2 rubber band in the alternate could cause so to go wrong.

I also forgot to reconnect one of the sensors :P

Oh well, it fixed itself so I'm happy!

No way! My Mk6 GTI is currently at 6551 miles and has the same trim... Driver's Edition or Wolfsburg?

Wow, that is bad. You wouldn't expect it to fail so catastrophically from an electrical issue.
